GETTING STARTED
How do I join EmailLinx?
We are onboarding new members in small batches. Request an invite on the signup page and we will email you when your spot opens, usually within a few days.
Can I migrate from Gmail, Outlook or iCloud?
Yes. Point our importer at your old account and it copies mail, folders, calendars and contacts in the background. Most migrations complete overnight.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely, and it is one of our most-used features. Add the domain, apply the DNS records we give you, and you are live in about five minutes. Unlimited domains and addresses on every plan.
Which devices and apps are supported?
Our web app works in any modern browser, and native iOS and Android apps are included. Prefer your own client? IMAP and SMTP work with Apple Mail, Outlook and Thunderbird, and calendars and contacts sync over CalDAV and CardDAV.

What does it cost?
Personal is $20 a month, Duo (two accounts) is $32 a month, and Team is $25 per user a month. Yearly billing saves 20%. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Why is it invite only?
We onboard in batches to keep the service fast and support personal. Your invite email arrives the moment your batch opens.
Can I cancel or export my data?
Anytime, in a couple of clicks. Full export of mail, calendars and contacts is built in. We never hold your data hostage.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Do you read or scan email?
Never for advertising or profiling. Automated spam and virus filtering runs on mail as it arrives; message content is otherwise untouched.
Is two-factor authentication supported?
Yes, via TOTP authenticator apps and hardware keys, plus per-app passwords for IMAP clients.
Where is my data stored?
On encrypted, redundant infrastructure operated under our direct control. See the security page for the full rundown.
How do I report a security issue?
Write to security@emaillinx.com. We respond to vulnerability reports within 48 hours.
