We built EmailLinx so that even we cannot read your inbox the way advertisers want to. Here is exactly what we do, and what we do not do.

Encryption everywhere

TLS in transit for every connection, encryption at rest, and opportunistic TLS on outbound mail. We publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain we operate.

No advertising, ever

No ad network has code in our apps. We do not scan message content to build profiles, we do not sell data, and there is no free tier monetized by surveillance.

Tracker blocking

Remote images load through our proxy, stripping sender trackers that would reveal your IP, device and open times.

Strong authentication

Two-factor authentication via authenticator app or hardware key, per-app passwords for IMAP clients, and sign-in alerts for new devices.

Hardened infrastructure

Redundant, encrypted storage on infrastructure we control, daily encrypted backups, continuous monitoring and a published incident process.

You own your data

Export all mail, calendars and contacts in open formats at any time. Delete your account and your data is gone for good.
