Our promise

EmailLinx exists because free email turned users into products. Our business model is a subscription: you pay us, we serve you, and nobody else is in the loop.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and billing details, needed to run your account.
• Service data: your mail, calendars and contacts, stored to provide the service.
• Operational data: minimal access and security logs, retained briefly for abuse prevention.

What we never do

• Scan message content for advertising or profiling
• Sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers
• Use your email content to train AI models
• Track you across other websites

Third parties

We use a small number of subprocessors for payment processing and infrastructure, bound by data-processing agreements. The list is available on request at privacy@emaillinx.com.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from account settings or by writing to us. Account deletion removes stored mail, calendars and contacts within 30 days of backup cycles.

Legal requests

We disclose account data only when legally compelled, notify affected users whenever the law allows, and publish aggregate transparency statistics.
