Terms of Service

1. The service

EmailLinx provides hosted email, calendar and contact services ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts are for use by individuals over 16.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail, distribute malware, phish, harass, or break the law. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, which is what keeps deliverability high for everyone else.

• No unsolicited bulk or commercial email
• No content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours
• No interference with the Service or other users

4. Payment

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the paid period. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first payments. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your email, calendar and contact data. We claim no ownership. You may export everything at any time and may delete your account and its data permanently.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
